INSTALLATION

Post

  • Khyber Art Centreexternal link
  • Halifax, Nova Scotia, 1996
  • 700 handmade 4 x 6 postcards made from index cards, stamps, labels, photo prints, fabric, fur

This installation features a series of postcards that incorporate images and ideas from previous artworks. The postcards are displayed in racks with the intention that visitors take them. Each postcard captures the fleeting state of moving from one place or idea to another. They serve as keepsakes of this transient state.
